What the Program Entails:

Functional Full-Body

The term “functional” signifies that the movements improve one’s ability to perform everyday tasks more efficiently. Instead of targeting isolated muscle groups, this approach trains multiple muscle groups concurrently, reflecting how our bodies naturally move.

"Muscle Makeover"

“Muscle Makeover” day is an intensive session dedicated to hypertrophy training. Hypertrophy, in the context of fitness, refers to the process of increasing the size of muscle cells, leading to more pronounced muscle definition and volume.

Flow Circuit

A flow workout circuit is a seamless sequence of kettlebell or dumbbell exercises performed one after the other with minimal or no rest in between. The “flow” aspect of this workout denotes the fluidity of transitions from one movement to the next, creating a rhythmic and continuous chain of exercises.

Recovery Flow Circuit

An active recovery flow circuit is a structured sequence of exercises that primarily focuses on promoting recovery while still keeping the body active. Unlike traditional workouts that push the body to its limits, the goal of an active recovery flow circuit is to assist the body in recuperating from previous intense activities.

Calisthenics

The term “calisthenics” is derived from the ancient Greek words “kalos” (meaning “beauty”) and “sthenos” (meaning “strength”). These exercises not only focus on muscle strength but also on flexibility, agility, and coordination, making them a holistic approach to physical fitness.

Active Recovery

2 of the 7 days are scheduled as active recovery days. They are necessary in order to optimize recovery while still promoting movement. Gain the most out of active recovery by implementing light cardio, proper nutrition & hydration, dynamic stretches, and mobility work.
